By accessing and using OpenTheRank ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Publishes

OpenTheRank publishes regional price comparisons for informational purposes only. Prices are read from the storefront that sells each product in each country, and every source is listed on the data sources and status page along with the time each country's figures were last read. The catalogue covers AI subscriptions, streaming services, photo and video tools, productivity and education apps, social apps, mobile games, Steam and Nintendo eShop titles, and Apple hardware. The Site also publishes VPN rankings and AI model rankings, which draw on published benchmarks, independent audit reports, and public community sources rather than on storefront prices.

We do not accept payments, sponsorships, or affiliate commissions in exchange for a ranking, a position, or an inclusion. Orderings follow from the underlying figures, and where editorial judgement is involved it represents our opinion at a point in time and should not be treated as a definitive or exhaustive evaluation. 3. No Warranties

The information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information.

A price shown here is a recorded observation of what a storefront displayed when it was last read. It is not a quote and not an offer. Prices, product features, and regional availability change without notice, stores run promotions and price tests, and currency movements affect the converted figures. Always verify a current price with the store or vendor before making a purchase decision.

4. Limitation of Liability

OpenTheRank and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any information published on this Site. Any purchase you make, and any product or service you use, is solely at your own discretion and risk.

Whether a price observed in one country is available to you is governed entirely by the seller's own account, billing, and residency rules. The Site reports what things cost; it does not advise anyone to circumvent a seller's terms, and it cannot promise that any price will be available to any particular buyer.

5. Third-Party Links

This Site links to third-party websites, including the storefronts its figures are read from, so that any figure can be checked at its source. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of those sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site, including rankings methodology, editorial copy, and design, is the property of OpenTheRank. Third-party brand names and logos referenced in rankings remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date shown under the title above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
